We specialize in providing a wide range of small building designing and drafting services. We aim to prepare professional drafting packages on-time and every time that help our clients to achieve maximum success in their design and drafting goals. Our services include CAD drafting and permit application for Basement drawing, Permit application for sign boards, Renovation drawings and renovation permits. The building permit drawings are generated as a requirement out of law in Ontario which states that Building permit drawings or Drawing plans for building permit should follow Ontario Building Code 2024.
