Our commercial services include measurement of the property, creating floor plans, review by client’s “Architects” or “Professional Engineers” (Licensed to practice in Ontario). The “As built” drawings prepared by PDSI are detailed and accurate since the measurements are taken precisely using the state of art laser measurer equipment. We capture site details in precise manner by working with attention to detail.

We also converts client’s old “paper” drawings to the “Digital drawings” either by creating 2D drawings in AutoCAD or preparing 3D models of the site using Revit. We use various communication channels with clients to transmit project data using emails/ cloud uploads etc. We use all the latest Design and Drafting of Curtain wall software for our work ,.

Our team is well trained and certified for “Working at Heights” and at “Suspended Platforms” on the construction sites. All the team members follow site safety measures for effective working. Use of necessary PPE equipment at the site is mandatory for every team member.

We use state of the art laser measurement tools for precise and detailed measurements. it not only speeds up the process but measurements are taken 1/16″ of accuracy. All the measurements are transferred using Bluetooth and WIFI technology.
